About OHHPC
The Ending HIV Oklahoma (OHHPC) is an advisory body that assists the Oklahoma Sexual Health and Harm Reduction Service with coordinated HIV Prevention and Care and Hepatitis planning. The OHHPC consists of 30 voting members and strives to have a membership that represents communities and people affected by or living with HIV and/or Hepatitis.
The thirty (30) voting membership is filled as follows:
- A minimum of 5 persons shall be people living with HIV (PLWH)
- 5 representatives from the HIV Prevention community
- 5 representatives from HIV Treatment & Care community, and
- 15 members at-large
Considerations for membership include:
- Employment / Volunteer status
- HIV status
- HIV risk status
- Geographic area of residence
- Occupation/Area of expertise
Our Impact
Ending the HIV Epidemic Plan
The Oklahoma Sexual Health and Harm Reduction Service is charged with submitting the state's plan for Ending the HIV Epidemic in Oklahoma. The OHHPC plays an instrumental role in planning and carrying out the mission of reducing HIV/AIDS in Oklahoma.
Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plan
The Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plan is a vehicle for Oklahoma to identify HIV prevention and care needs, existing resources, barriers, and gaps and to outline strategies to address them.
OHHPC Meeting Schedule
The OHHPC meets every other month and the meetings are open to the public. You do NOT have to be a voting member to attend.
